Health Issue of the Month. Each month the office features information on a different health issue. You can view this month's issue using the green tab on the left side of this page.
Dr. Hubbell encourages all patients to register for the iHealthRecord shown on this page. It is an excellent way to gather all your health history and information in one spot. You have the ability to make the information available to Dr. Hubbell and Women's Health Consultant staff along with any other medical professionals you choose. In addition, the iHealthRecord can provide valuable information to your care givers in case of emergency. You can register for this free service by using the yellow box at the top right.
Women's Health Consultants provide free Health Seminars and Employee Wellnes Programs throughout the Lake Area. See the Health Seminar tab at left for more info.

3. Create your user ID and password and complete your registration. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your registration is "active."
